    I have always been open to interracial dating. I see men looking; however, they never approach me. I'm wondering if white men only attracted to smaller framed black women. I noticed that I only see white men with smaller framed black women.

    I wanted to give this a fair shot before commenting. The first week of my nose being pierced was traumatic. I accidentally almost pulled it all the way through, my 5yo went through a Stone Cold Steve Austin stage. I had to get a longer ring put in from the size of my bump. After a couple of months, I STILL couldn’t get it to go away. I soaked my nose every night, applied the salt/paste on the bump, then woke up and soaked again. After a solid week, it’s almost gone😭 THIS is the way!! Thank you so much for sharing!!!

    It would be more effective to squat with a barbell. You could possibly go deeper too Supersets are tiring so it's up to you if you want to do them, but by separating the exercises, you could focus more on technique with proper weight, which will be beneficial Here again, I would recommend separating the exercises; do the dumbbell row with a bench and do a triceps pull with a cable machine. And don't forget to get the maximum range of motion you can For the hip thrust, doing them on a bench is better but if you're a beginner, then yeah, continue to work to achieve a full ROM hip thrust Keep working, it takes persistence and you'll be great 👍

    I’m trying it as we speak. I had the salt spray solution that I got from the piercer and it was healing GREAT, untillll my shirt nearly ripped it out and now I look like I should be on Dr Pimple Popper! As soon as I watched this video, I did it. I will say once I soaked and then applied the salt, the salt burns, but I think it’s because mine is more of an ulcer, bleeding bump than a keloid. But I’m not gonna give up. I’ll come back in about 3days with an update.

    • @dorothywilliams723
      @dorothywilliams723 2 місяці тому

      THIS WORKS! I’m on day 3 and the bump is gone. It dried up significantly after the first day. Day 2 the bump got darker, smaller and harder and by the end of the night had fallen off. I’m doing one more day of the salt application directly on my nose(ring) just to ensure that the bump is fully dried and healed. It still burns a little which leads me to believe it’s not. But by morning I think I’ll be good!

      @@hellotinashe oh it’s definitely good to try things like keto 😁 but our bodies do need carbs long term. If your in a fat loss plateau there are a bunch of different methods to try as well. I have lost 122 lbs and have kept it off. I tried keto and it didn’t work for me. Some people have great results on it but I love my carbs and can’t give them up. Look into re-verse dieting for a few days, also add in lifting weights 2-3 times a week in with any cardio, how to track and calculate your macros for you and your goals ect.
